Winterlude

At Winterlude, step out of the usual pace and spend a few winter days exploring what becomes possible when you give yourself and your creative practice a little more room.

The weekend will move between gentle physical practices and periods of deep rest. We'll work with the body and imagination through Butoh and Suzuki-based slow tempo work, and also settle into restorative yoga practices designed to support recovery.
